2. What data we process
We mainly process the data you provide yourself:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- phone number, if provided,
- company name, Company ID, VAT ID or billing details when needed for a business relationship,
- contact or delivery address when needed to perform a contract,
- the content of your message, enquiry or follow-up communication,
- the selected category, quantity and the page URL from which the form was sent.

3. Why we process it
We use personal data mainly for these purposes:
- handling your enquiry, request or cooperation proposal,
- preparing an offer and following up on business communication,
- entering into and performing a contract,
- manufacturing, delivering goods and providing related services,

- protecting our rights and legitimate interests,
- operating, securing and improving the website.
The legal basis depends on the situation: contract negotiation, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
4. Who may access the data
Access may be granted only to the extent necessary to our employees and collaborators, web hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, carriers and subcontractors, accountants, tax or legal advisers, providers of analytics and advertising services within the scope set by cookies, and public authorities when disclosure is required by law.
We work with our providers only in the scope needed for website operation, enquiry handling, business communication or legal compliance.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. For enquiries and ordinary communication, we keep the data for the time needed to handle the request and any follow-up cooperation. For contractual relationships, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and further for as long as required by law or to protect legal claims. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the periods required by applicable law.
Data processed on the basis of consent is kept for the duration of the consent or until it is withdrawn, unless another legal basis allows further processing.
