Since 2018 Mandario Company represents the Ukrainian company Tube Plant in several countries. This tube producer is a holder of ISO 9001:2000 certificates since the year 2000. For the tube production it uses the manufacturing technology from the Swiss company AISA or from Japanese Ko-Pack International, which are well-known across the western countries.
It is very important for us to keep our customers satisfied and supply them only with high quality products. Therefore we choose our business partners with an utmost diligence. We had visited this producer several times and extensively tested their products before we agreed to a colaboration. ALUMINIUM TUBES
WHY WOULD WE ROCOMMEND THE ALUMINIUM TUBES
-
aluminium is a 100% sunlight barrier. It stops any UV radiation and other external influences
-
low weight (compared to other tube types)
-
temperature and corrosion resistant
-
highly hygienic
-
you can squeeze the cosmetic base out of the tube up to the last drop
-
100% recyclable
What you should be aware of
-
aluminium tubes are very fragile before they are filled with the cosmetic base
-
there are fewer possibilities of graphic designs than with the other tube types
a bit about the manufacturing technology
-
before the tube is ready to use, the inner surface is completely varnished with a special protection layer. Therefore the cosmetic base never touches the aluminium layer itself
-
the outer tube surface is usually painted white and printed afterwards
Tube Plant offers
-
4 - 6 colours for a graphic design
-
safety protection for the tube nozzle
-
several alternatives of the inner varnish
-
a latex ring at the welds to help maintain the air tightness
-
lids of various colours and shapes
-
aluminium purity of 99.7%
-
minimal order quantity is 30 000 pcs

LAMINATE TUBES
why would we recommend the laminate tubes
-
the laminate tubes are a compromise between the aluminium and the plastic tubes
-
there are many possibiities for personalizing the graphic design of the tube
-
there are no restrictions for the manipulation before the filling
-
for the graphic design a variety of techniques can be used
-
optional use of the ABL and PBL barriers — ABL tubes remain deformed after being squeezed while PBL tubes possess the shape memory so they return to their original state after being pressed
What you should be aware of
-
due to the manufacturing technigue a thin line shows up on one side of the tube. This could slightly disrupt a perfect design of the tube
Tube Plant offers
-
full colour print — 6 colours + finish
-
selective varnishing or a holographic foil
-
hot stamping — silver, gold or other colours
-
matte or glossy finish
-
ABL barrier — white or silver colour and a PBL barrier — white, transparent, pearl colour
-
optional use of a safety membrane that needs to be removed before usage
-
various cap possibilities: stand-up, flip-top, cone, etc., all in a different colour
