We have also not forgotten trending products (longevity, mushrooms, recovery, stress, electrolytes). We prefer clean-label production, meaning dietary supplements with as few excipients as possible. We create dietary supplements exactly to your requirements – in quantities of tens of thousands as well as small-batch runs from just a few hundred pieces. HOW CUSTOM MANUFACTURING WORKS
First, we thoroughly familiarise ourselves with your intent and vision for the dietary supplement, its intended function, form (loose powder, capsules, tablets, etc.), the required composition of active ingredients, packaging and target customer group. Based on this information, we will offer you dietary supplements from our portfolio of ready-made formulas, or we will work together on the contract development of a brand-new, original dietary supplement.
DEVELOPMENT OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS
Based on your vision, our in-house developer, Ing. Tomáš Hradil, will design a unique formula that meets the specified brief as well as legislative requirements. Our goal is to develop dietary supplements ideally from natural ingredients, with a strong emphasis on quality, functionality and health support, using substances backed by peer-reviewed efficacy studies.
Dietary supplements can come in a wide range of forms, such as tablets, capsules, liquids or powders.
THE ADDED VALUE OF WORKING WITH US
We care a great deal about the success of the dietary supplements we manufacture in their intended market, which is why we focus very thoroughly on developing improved variants of commonly available dietary supplements. Take magnesium, for example, which exists in many forms with varying absorption rates and, in some cases, release speeds. It can also be enriched with additional substances that further enhance these properties. Other examples include products for sharper eyesight with the highest dose of active ingredient on the market, or collagen blends packed with the latest active ingredients – with an excellent taste, of course.
PACKAGING SELECTION
For your chosen form and volume of dietary supplement, we will recommend suitable packaging. We offer packaging types made from materials such as glass and mono-material plastic. We can also offer various eco-friendly packaging options. We can source most packaging from as little as a few hundred pieces.
PRODUCT DESIGN
For product design preparation, we supply all the necessary materials, including texts and symbols for the correct legislative labelling of the dietary supplement. If you do not have your own packaging design for your dietary supplement, our team is on hand to create the design, prepare the visualisation and print-ready data for you. If you are interested in direct packaging printing, we can arrange it on our own printing machines.
PRICE
The price of each dietary supplement is entirely individual. It depends on the composition, choice of packaging, quantity of pieces of product / capsules / powder and its volume. Before starting contract manufacturing, we are able to calculate an indicative price for you.
CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Once all preparations are complete – product development finished, packaging selected and its design ready – we move on to the manufacturing and legislative part.
Production takes place at a specialised facility with the relevant certification (HACCP).
LEGISLATION
Before launching a new dietary supplement on the market, it is necessary to complete the mandatory legislation. We handle all these matters for you, including across all EU countries. Unfortunately, legislation is not harmonised here, so each member state usually has different requirements.
